Returns

If for some reason you're unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, we accept returns on all items -except our earrings - that are sent back to us unworn and in their original packaging.
Do you accept returns?

Yes! We do accept returns. Orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note shipping costs are not refundable.

How can i return a product?

Go to our contact page and, using the contact form, send us a message with the order's number and we will guide you from there.

Can I return a personalised item?

Unfortunately no. This jewellery piece was created just for you and we cannot accept it back

Do you accept exchange?

Right now we cannot accept exchanges, even for ring sizes. Hopefully in the future, we can be able to fix that!

What happens if I received a faulty item?

First of all, we deeply apologise if any of your Arianotte items arrived faulty.

Please send us an email on contact@arianotte.com. Please mention your order number and attach a photo or video from the faulty item. We will quickly advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.

Do you accept returns for orders outside of the European Union?

Yes, we do but please keep in mind that we do not cover the shipping cost and the customs fee (if any). These costs will be have to be covered from you directly or deducted from the refund. Before acception the return, we will inform you about the shipping cost but unfortunately we won't be able to know the customs fee beforehand.

How much time it take to complete the return process?

Typically it takes 14-30 business days. Your refunds will be credited to the original credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refundable. If your order was outside of the European Union, we may have to deduct the customs fee.

Will i be charged for shipping and customs fees?

We offer free return for customers in Greece.

For customers based in the European Union, the return cost will be calculated before your final confirmation. Once we receive your final confirmation that you want to proceed and you accept the shipping cost, we will start the return process.
